These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sage & Spritz website and your purchase of products from us. Sage & Spritz is a trading name of Reni Brands Pty Ltd, Epping VIC 3076, Australia. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Prices and GST

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at the time you place your order is the price you will be charged.

2. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We dispatch within 2–3 business days from our warehouse in Epping, VIC.

3. Shipping

Free standard shipping applies to orders over $60 within Australia. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

4. Product Use

All Sage & Spritz products are formulated for household cleaning purposes only. Follow all usage and safety instructions on product labels. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Products are not for ingestion or therapeutic use.

5. Consumer Guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the ACL.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is owned by or licensed to Reni Brands Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage. This limitation does not apply to any liability that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
