We want you to be completely satisfied with every Sage & Spritz purchase. This policy sets out your rights and our obligations. It does not limit or exclude any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Under the ACL, our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy. The remedy depends on whether the failure is major or minor:
These rights apply regardless of whether the product has been opened or used. You do not need to return a product in its original packaging to exercise your ACL rights.
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original sealed packaging. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no cost to you.
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Once your return is received and assessed, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
